In accordance with the Contract Labour Act, the following contract is entered into between the Principal Employer and the Contractor for the purposes of registration under Form V.

Whereas, the Principal Employer desires to engage the services of a Contractor for the purpose of carrying out work in or in connection with the establishment;

And whereas, the Contractor is desirous of providing such services to the Principal Employer;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. The Contractor shall comply with all the provisions of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 and the rules framed thereunder, and shall ensure the registration of each establishment where contract labour is to be employed under Form V, as required under the said Act;
